Our History
Our history dates back to 1938 when Cattaneo Minuterie Metalliche was founded by Stefano Cattaneo and his wife Tina.
In 1965, their son Emilio joined, taking advantage of the economic boom and expanding the production facility with the introduction of die-casting and centrifugal casting, complementing the existing presses and bending machines. The company built a solid clientele both in Italy and abroad, establishing significant partnerships.
Later, in 1995, the children Barbara and Stefano joined the company, and in the early 2000s, the internal production department was closed in favor of production outsourced to strong and reliable partners, resulting in significant cost savings and highly competitive prices.
Now the company is managed by Barbara, whose nearly 30 years of experience and knowledge of the various sectors served by Cattaneo Minuterie Metalliche enable us to offer both catalog items and the design and production of custom or sample items.
